How much does it cost?

GoBenny is £10/month + VAT. That covers your whole organisation - add as many workers as you need at no extra cost. The only additional charge is for text messages sent to customers: 5.98p + VAT per text, billed alongside your next subscription renewal.

Do my customers need to download an app or sign up for anything?

No. Your customers don't touch GoBenny at all. They just receive texts and emails from you - job reminders, "we're on our way" messages, payment requests. No apps, no accounts, no faff on their end.

I run my round on a spreadsheet (or a notebook, or my head). Can I bring my data across?

Yes. When you sign up, just send us what you've got - a spreadsheet, a photo of your notebook, a Word doc, whatever. We'll handle the import and get your customers set up for you.

Does it cost more if I have multiple workers?

No. £10/month covers unlimited users. Whether it's just you or a team of ten, the price stays the same.

Is GoBenny only for window cleaners?

Mostly, yes - GoBenny is built with window cleaners in mind. But it's not locked down to just window cleaning. You can add any service you offer (gutter clearing, fascia cleaning, pressure washing, whatever) and log it against any job. If your business mixes window cleaning with other work, you're covered.
