You are responsible for ensuring that you have all required rights, consents and legal bases to upload and process Customer Data using the Service.
GoBenny acts as a processor of personal data that you control, in line with data protection laws such as the UK GDPR.
Where GoBenny processes personal data on your behalf, the Data Processing Addendum at gobenny.co.uk/dpa forms part of these Terms.

Your use of any third party service is subject to that provider’s own terms and policies. GoBenny is not responsible for, and does not control, third party services.

You authorise GoBenny or its payment processor to charge your chosen payment method for all applicable fees.
If any payment is not received on time, GoBenny may suspend or limit access to the Service until outstanding amounts are paid.

GoBenny may change, limit or withdraw free or beta features at any time. Such features are provided “as is” without any commitment to continued availability or support.
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, design, logos, trademarks and documentation, are owned or licensed by GoBenny and its licensors.
